What personal data do we process?

As part of our activities, we process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and contact data: first name and last name, residential or delivery address, email address, phone number

  • Accounting and tax documents: invoices and tax documents issued in accordance with accounting and VAT regulations

Purposes of processing and legal grounds

We process your personal data only for specific and lawful purposes:

Contract performance and communication
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract)
Purpose: processing and fulfilling orders, delivery of goods or services, communication regarding orders, handling complaints and warranty claims

Accounting and tax obligations
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation)
Purpose: accounting, issuing tax documents, fulfilling obligations towards financial and tax authorities

Purpose: sending commercial messages, newsletters, information about promotions and updates

Data retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Duration of contractual relationship — as long as you actively use our services
  • Accounting and tax documents — 10 years after the end of the tax period
  • Protection of the controller’s rights — within statutory limitation periods (typically 3 years)
  • Marketing consents — until withdrawal or a maximum of 5 years after the last purchase
  • Cookies — depending on their type

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Recipients of personal data (processors)

We may share your personal data with the following categories:
